TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHDOOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable jurisdiction, consistent with Google's API Terms of Service, regardless of conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of applicable jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Subject to applicable law, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration. Specific arbitration terms will be communicated if required by jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sketchdoor regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
