3.1 Which APIs Do We Access?

When you authorize Sketchdoor, we request access to:

Your data is processed in real-time exclusively for:

Sketchdoor processes your Google Workspace data in real-time as it flows through the system. We do not maintain persistent caches or long-term storage of your business data.

• Authentication: OAuth 2.0 with secure token handling ensures only authorized access
• Token Management: API tokens are stored securely and never logged in plain text
• Access Control: Only necessary scopes are requested and used

5.3 Data Retention

Data is retained only for the duration necessary to perform requested automations. Upon completion of each task or workflow:

• Temporary processing data is deleted immediately
• API tokens are refreshed or revoked as needed
• No permanent copies of your data are retained on our servers

6. Your Rights & Control

You maintain complete control over your data and Sketchdoor's access:

6.1 Revoke Access Anytime

You can immediately remove Sketchdoor's permissions through Google Account Security Settings. Upon revocation, all access terminates instantly.

6.2 Data Deletion

When you revoke access, all associated application data is deleted. Your Google Workspace data remains untouched and fully under your control.

6.3 Audit & Transparency

Google provides activity logs showing exactly when and how Sketchdoor accessed your data. You can review these logs anytime in your Google Account activity.

6.4 Data Portability

Your data remains in your Google Workspace account at all times. You can export, migrate, or delete your data independently of Sketchdoor.
